The world is best viewed through the ears of a horse

Some of the horses I ride:

Katie is a 16.1hh Thoroughbred. She’s 29 years old and a retired racehorse. Very retired but when racing (point to point) she did win several races. Now we go out of hacks and she’s still up for some trotting and the occasional canter.

Rocky is a bit of a rascal. A bit of a project. He’s a halflinger cob cross, about 15hh and 12 years old. I don’t know much of his history but he can be a bit of a handful at times.

Angus is a 22 year old traditional Irish cob. About 15.1hh. He can be a bit cheeky at times, but is a big old softie, really. He has a very short trot and a comfortable canter. Always muddy – the down-side of a horse with white patches!

Tucker is a 17 year old American Quarter horse. He had full western tack and training. I rode him a few times for a friend who has now (sadly) sold him as I was really enjoying getting into western style riding.
